Marinated Cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
4 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 onion, thinly sliced into rings
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together water, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, tomato wedges, and onion rings.
Pour the dressing over the cucumber, tomato, and onion mixture, ensuring even coating.
