Garth Brooks moved to tears by Kelly Clarkson’s ‘The Dance’ cover

 

Kelly Clarkson’s performance of Garth Brooks’ iconic ballad “The Dance” at the 2021 Kennedy Center Honors left Brooks deeply moved.

The song, which Brooks has called his “favorite,” was performed by Clarkson with raw emotion and soulful delivery, accompanied only by a piano.
